Renovation
Renovations of any size can be daunting. Questions like will this flow work in the kitchen, does this cabinetry match the architecture of the home, what type of flooring will work best in this room? If only I could see what that change might look like before I actually begin? At Polished Home Interior Design, I can help you with all of these questions.
Here is what to expect...
Step 1: Initial consultation to talk about your style preferences, discuss your vision, determine the scope of work, discuss your priorities and budget, answer any questions.
Step 2: I will return to my studio and prepare a proposal that outlines all of the things we discussed, the scope of work and an estimate on the total hours required. I will email this to you along with a Letter of Agreement.
Step 3: Sign the Letter of Agreement, pay an initial deposit of $50 and then I schedule a time to come to your home and measure each room included in the work scope.
Step 4: I will get right to work putting together conceptual style boards for you to view and decide which captures your vision best.
Step 5: Next I will create a detailed style board, custom color palette, 2D floor plan and 3D model based upon your style and personality. I will schedule a meeting with you to do a virtual walk through your floor plan where you will be able to envision what the renovation might look like. (Please note: Polished Home Interior Design provides only aesthetic renderings for you and your contractor or builder to use as a guide. Your contractor or builder is responsible for providing construction/architectural drawings).
Step 6: I will incorporate any changes and then provide you with the final design materials and a link to the 3D model.
