Room service is a great way to have a completed design plan by a professional designer but still be hands-on with your design project! You choose how much or how little hands-on you want.
Here is what to expect...
Step 1: Initial consultation to talk about your style preferences, vision for the space, determine the scope of work, discuss your priorities and budget, answer any questions.
Step 2: I will return to my studio and prepare a proposal that outlines all of the things we discussed along with the cost estimate. I will email this to you along with a Letter of Agreement.
Sign the Letter of Agreement, pay an initial deposit of $50 and then I schedule a time to come to your home and take measurements and pictures.
Step 4: I will get right to work putting together conceptual style boards for your review. You decide which captures your vision best then I go forth and work on your comprehensive design.
Step 5: I will create a detailed style board, custom color palette, 2D floor plan and 3D model based upon your style and personality. I will schedule a meeting to do a virtual walk through in the new space and look through all of the design elements. If you approve, I will provide you with a everything compiled in a Design book plus a link to your 3D model.
